The ability to lead change is a critical role for any leader. In looking at today compared a year ago, obvious and abundant changes have taken place. Maybe you were already prepared to manage some of them, but others certainly caught us all off guard. Creating a culture of change by equipping staff and other stakeholders with tools to help build resiliency can help ensure that whatever comes next is manageable and perhaps even welcomed. Because the one thing we know for sure is that the only constant…is change.
