Have you ever considered the impact of food waste in your home, school, or work? In this spotlight video, we meet JD Hill, founder of RCity. JD is working to solve the problem of food waste by offering solutions to homes, restaurants, and grocery stores by creating compost from the waste. He uses the compost and revenue to help small farmers get a start in the valley.
