Leveraging the experience gained from previous iterations of the Rewarding Excellence in Instruction and Leadership (REIL) program, REIL-Extend is intently focused on extending the reach of our best teachers and leaders to ensure high-quality instruction for all learners, extending the reach of a collaborative partnership to assist high-need LEAs in bolstering their Human Capital Management Systems, and extending infrastructure developments to expand the capacity of LEAs to utilize educator evaluation data to implement leading-edge technologies and practices that result in high-quality workforce decision-making and first class support systems for educators.
Opportunity Culture (OC)
An Opportunity Culture extends the reach of excellent teachers and their teams to more students, for more pay, within recurring budgets.
Human Capital Management Systems (HCMS)
The REIL-Extend Human Capital Management System is focused on attracting, placing, retaining, and sustaining a high quality workforce through a comprehensive development system.
REILize Decision Support System (RDSS)
RDSS is an integral part of the REIL program, making data and resources readily available for leaders to make informed decisions.
